Yes! The lake is full of wildlife like frogs, fish, ducks, turtles, etc. but you can easily swim from the beach or dock.

Yes the Patience lake is 100% completely private. There are neighbours down the road but they don’t have access to the lake or the property.

Yes there is central air conditioning and plenty of ceiling fans throughout the cottage.

Yes. You’ll have cell reception and you’ll have access to Starlink internet while you’re a guest. All the TVs have Netflix, Prime and Disney installed so you can access your own accounts.

Yes! There are two separate filters so the tap water is safe for consumption. There is also a water filter for the fridge that provides water and ice.

Yes pets are allowed for an additional $50 per week per pet. The property is not fenced however.

We have a tin row boat, 4 stand up paddle boards, woggles and floates provided. There are also beach toys for little kids.

Yes the kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials including: coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, baking dishes, trays, utensils and serving dishes. - There is an outdoor BBQ grill available as well.

Yes we provide linens and bath towels. Beach towels are available upon request. - There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen closet available for use throughout your stay.
